In this 3-bedroom apartment, all the spaces are already well-proportioned, but the primary task of this design scheme is to refresh the aged and tired finishes that have been in use for over a decade. Spatially, we've reconfigured the living and dining area, transforming the original diamond shape into a proper rectangular space. Ceiling levels have been adjusted to define the living spaces and the passage/corridor area, reducing ambiguity and making the living area the focal point of the apartment.

While the kitchen area is structurally constrained, the use of full-height sliding doors allows the kitchen to become a semi-open cooking space. This arrangement visually extends the dining area and enhances the overall flow of the apartment.
